1. Grinding roller and rubber sheet
Remove the left rubber on the roller and other impurities, and then
polish it into rough non-rust surface;

Sweep the buffed surface clean with the brush, and then clean it

3. Brush the adhesive
Brush the CMX330 metal treatment uniformly firstly, after it is
dry, mix LPT3000 and ER-45, and then
brush the roller and rubber sheet; After the adhesive is dry and has
viscosity, second adhesive is ok.
4. Adhesive the rubber sheet
After adhesive the rubber sheet, we should press and hammer it, to
ensure the internal of the rubber
sheet without bubble, and polish the edge.
5. Joint processing and trim
Process the joint with CMX918. Polish the rubber sheet and brush
adhesive in rubber sheet joint.
After a few mins, put the mixed adhesive and hardener into joint,
and then polish and trim the edge.
